The posting

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance works for commercial Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMC) system to ensure air conditioning systems operate efficiently and reliably
  • Troubleshoot and identifying root course for electrical and mechanical faults followed by executing effective repairs and corrective actions.
  • Perform installation and alternations work for commercial ACMC system including testing and commissioning.
  • Respond promptly to emergency breakdown calls and perform necessary restorative actions to minimize downtime
  • Prepare and maintain detailed accurate monthly maintenance and repair logs.
  • Ensure all works are carried out complies with manufacturer equipment standards, workplace safety requirements, and relevant site procedures.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Min NITEC in Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical /Automotive / Air-Conditioning or any other related fields
  • Min 2 years Hands-on experience with commercial air-conditioning, ACMV, HVAC or a related cooling system
  • Knowledge in condition monitoring systems will be an advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.

  • Location: Changi Airport
  • Working hours: 5 days or Shift Work
