Schedule: Flexible — accept assignments based on youravailability

Remuneration: $45 hourly

About the Role

We are looking for compassionate and reliable HomecareNurses to provide nursing care to patients in their homes on an ad-hoc basis.

This role is ideal for nurses who want flexible work whilemaking a meaningful difference.

Experience in geriatric care and/or palliative care ispreferred.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide professional nursing care in patients’homes

· Monitor vital signs and general condition

· Perform wound care, medication management,catheter care, etc.

· Support geriatric patients with chronicconditions and daily care needs

· Provide palliative/comfort care and emotionalsupport where needed

· Educate patients and caregivers on care plans

· Coordinate with doctors, care teams, and familymembers

· Maintain accurate nursing documentation

Requirements

· Valid SNB license

· Able to travel islandwide

· Independent, responsible, and compassionate

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Able to commit to ad-hoc assignments

· BLS/CPR certification

· Skills in wound care, catheter care, NG tube,tracheostomy care
