Job Summary

You will provide general administrative and accounting support, manage full sets of accounts, and assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities while maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information responsibly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full sets of accounts to ensure accurate financial records and compliance.
  • To process invoices promptly.
  • Support Accounts Receivable by preparing billing statements and tracking collections.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for audit readiness.
  • Use Microsoft Office and accounting software proficiently to complete financial tasks efficiently.
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential financial and personnel information with discretion and sensitivity.
  • Take initiative to complete additional tasks assigned by superiors independently.
  • Adapt quickly to urgent requests and be available to start work on short notice.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of experience handling full sets of accounts with HR and administrative exposure.
  • Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and good communication abilities.
