Job Summary

Support operations by managing communications, coordinating sales and logistics, handling documentation, and assisting project execution to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and assign daily tasks to workers in collaboration with the Operations Manager to meet project schedules
  • Manage phone enquiries and email correspondence promptly to maintain effective communication with clients and suppliers
  • Coordinate sales activities by processing sales queries, managing orders, pricing, product availability, purchase orders, and warranty tracking to support sales operations
  • Prepare and handle quotations, invoices, and contracts accurately to facilitate transactions
  • Oversee inventory management and coordinate logistics to ensure sufficient supply of materials and timely delivery
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to arrange and confirm delivery schedules and project requirements
  • Coordinate internal administrative, logistics, and operational tasks to support project execution and fulfilment of deliverables
  • Perform data entry, filing, and documentation to maintain organized records
  • Execute other ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support business operations

Requirements

· Minimum GCE'O' level / NITEC / Diploma in any field

· No prior experience required. Open to people who are eager to learn and grow

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, able to apply VLOOKUP has added advantage)

· Good organisation and interpersonal skills

· Flexible,resourceful, and able to perform despite tight schedules.

· A high-level individual who is independent, proactive, with good attitude and mindset

· Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

· Independent team player with the ability to multi-task

· Attention to details and good administrative skills

· Good communication skills

· Added advantage if available immediate or within short notice
