About the role

This is an administrative role suitable for entry-level candidates, candidates looking for a career change, or those returning to the workforce. No prior experience is required, as training and document templates will be provided. You will work based on established instructions and procedures.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and process documents based on provided templates, instructions and established procedures
  • Assist with data entry, document checking, filing and maintaining company records
  • Organise client information and supporting documents and ensure records are properly maintained
  • Follow up on documents and information required from clients via WhatsApp, email or phone
  • Assist with simple online submissions and administrative procedures after training is provided
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier arrangements, scanning and filing
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor

About you

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Willing to learn and able to follow instructions and established procedures
  • Careful and detail-oriented when preparing and checking documents
  • Responsible and able to complete assigned tasks independently after training
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and other parties when required
