The posting
- Act as a customer service liaison officer to the learners, to ensure their needs are met (i.e. attending to course registration, online/walk-in/call enquiries
- Maintain and updates accurate trainee database (Training Management System)
- Ensure accurate and updated trainee enrolment (Training Partners Gateway)
- Manage training logistics and resources through coordinating with trainers
- Provide sales support and attend to the rescheduling and withdrawal requests
- Provide simple finance functions such as billing, invoicing and accounts receivable matters
- Build up database of company contacts
- Support and check for the accuracy and compliance of enrolments and requirements in accordance to SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) regulations
- Ensure compliance in the workflow processes and flag out any issues of non-compliance
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to commit 5 days work week of 8.5 scheduled hours
- Able to commit on weekend, including public holidays with Mondays and Tuesdays as regular rest days.
- Required to travel between branches (Joo Koon, Woodlands & Kaki Bukit)
