Key Highlights:

• Contract Duration: 12 months • Salary: Up to $2,760/month • Work Location: Kay Siang Rd, Singapore • Working Arrangement: 3 days in office, 2 days from home • Working Hours: Mon – Thurs: 8.30 – 6.00pm | Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Investigation & Supervision Administration

• Send report requests to relevant stakeholders, including schools and other agencies, for report referrals involving prior or current records • Assist with case conversion in the Case Management System by uploading documents and updating case information • Support case closures by preparing Final Summaries and ensuring relevant documentation is completed • Assist with case transfers by preparing the necessary documents and administrative records • Upload and maintain case notes in the Case Management System • Print documents and letters and arrange for mailing • Scan and email documents to relevant parties • Print, organise and file case-related documents accurately

Operational & Administrative Support

• Support time-specific assignments and projects as required • Assist with other administrative duties that support operational processes • Provide support for court intake duties when required • Assist with escorting of maintenance staff and EMS-related tasks • Perform other ad-hoc administrative and operational duties assigned by the team

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in any relevant discipline • Good administrative and organisational skills • Meticulous and able to handle documents and records accurately • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Able to manage multiple tasks and complete time-sensitive assignments • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable working independently as well as in a team • Willing to support operational duties, including court intake and other assigned tasks • Candidates with relevant administrative experience will be advantageous

Requirements:

• Recognised university degree in any relevant discipline • Preferably 1–3 years of experience in programme administration, education administration or customer service • Fresh graduates with relevant internship or administrative experience may be considered • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Familiarity with Canvas, WordPress or other Learning Management Systems is advantageous • Meticulous, organised and able to manage multiple timelines and administrative processes • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with faculty, students and administrative stakeholders
