Job Summary

You will support the Centre Manager in administrative and financial tasks to ensure smooth operations and compliance with MOH standards, while assisting clients and managing resources effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Centre Manager in delivering administrative duties following established policies and MOH regulations
  • Respond to phone and walk-in queries about community activities and services, providing accurate information and appropriate referrals
  • Process client registrations and withdrawals, completing all required paperwork accurately
  • Complete new client intake and collect necessary supporting documents for records
  • Maintain inventory of surgical items, food rations, stationery, uniforms, and miscellaneous supplies to ensure availability
  • Manage petty cash and cash flow records on behalf of the Centre Manager to maintain financial accuracy
  • Handle receipt of payments, ensure timely bank deposits, and update the Finance department accordingly
  • Process subvention claims for submission to regulatory agencies in compliance with guidelines
  • Arrange transport logistics for clients to support their access to services

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum GCE O Level qualification
  • At least 1 year of related administrative and financial experience in the social service sector
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word and MS Excel

  • Change Management – Level 1
  • Continuous Improvement Management – Level 2
  • Emergency Response and Crisis Management – Level 2
  • Excellence in Service – Level 1
  • Frontline Services Management – Level 1

  • Critical Core Skills: Service Oriented, Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving, Teamwork (all Basic level)
