Job Summary

Manage resident relations and support estate operations to ensure smooth property management and compliance, while handling financial and administrative tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve resident feedback and complaints to maintain positive community relations and encourage participation in estate activities
  • Handle petty cash transactions, update trust accounts, and issue receipts to support accurate financial management
  • Monitor staff and vendor performance to ensure compliance with estate rules and operational standards
  • Maintain and organize documentation and filing systems to support strata roll updates and legal notice distribution
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare accurate minutes, and perform general administrative duties to facilitate estate management operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative or property management roles
  • Experience in MCST or residential estate management is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) to support documentation and communication tasks
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage multiple tasks and stakeholder interactions
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
