Are you passionate about supporting educational excellence and fostering inclusive opportunities? We invite dedicated individuals to apply for the position of Administrative Assistant (Education). This role offers a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension or permanent conversion, providing a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the education sector.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process graduate admission applications efficiently and with accuracy
  • Engage with prospective students and academic staff, delivering timely and professional support
  • Maintain and update crucial student and application data meticulously
  • Assist in system implementation, including developing training materials and support resources
  • Support student requests related to candidature, such as Leave, Withdrawals, and Fee Waivers
  • Conduct thorough data accuracy checks and validation to ensure integrity
  • Contribute to change management initiatives by creating engaging digital content and user guides
  • Work collaboratively across departments to streamline admissions and student record processes

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within education or related fields
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure
  • IT-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with digital content creation tools like Canva, Clipchamp, or AI-enabled tools is advantageous
  • Reliable internet connection and capacity to work effectively from home when required
