Job Responsibilities:
Human Resources
- Handle full spectrum of HR administrative matters, including employee records, onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain and update employee personal particulars, employment contracts, leave and attendance records.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and related matters for foreign workers and employees.
- Assist with MOM-related matters and other statutory requirements.
- Monitor foreign worker levy, work pass validity, medical insurance, medical examinations and required certifications.
- Coordinate employee training, courses and certifications, including safety and construction-related courses.
- Maintain proper records of workers' qualifications, licences, certificates and expiry dates.
- Assist with payroll preparation, overtime, allowances, deductions and other payroll-related information.
- Manage employee leave, medical certificates, attendance and other HR documentation.
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview arrangements, hiring documentation and onboarding.
- Liaise with training centres, recruitment agencies and other external parties when required.
- Assist in employee relations and handle general staff enquiries.
General Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administration and documentation.
- Maintain proper filing systems for HR, project and administrative records.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, cleaning, maintenance and other office services.
- Assist management with administrative matters and ad-hoc assignments.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and company events when required.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors and service providers.
- Ensure company records and administrative documents are properly maintained and updated.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Preferably 2–5 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably in the Singapore construction sector.
- Familiar with MOM work pass, Work Permit and foreign worker-related requirements.
- Good organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and handle confidential HR information professionally.
- Responsible, organised, proactive and able to meet deadlines.
- Candidates with experience in construction-related HR administration will be an added advantage.
