PERSOL Outsourcing is partnering our Client, a leading name in the transportation statutory board. We are looking for dynamic talents to be a part of our team! If you have what it takes, click on to apply:

Working Hours / Location

  • Night Shift: 10pm to 9am (with 1hr lunch break)
  • 3 Days 2 Off Rotating Shift
  • Thomson-Sin Ming Ave ; Midview City (Bright Hill MRT)

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the processing application of card applications
  • Ensure that each application is correctly processed with 100% accuracy
  • Ensure that all applications allocated is processed within the shift itself
  • Responsive to alert Team Leader should there be any abnormality in an application
  • Ensure that correct explanation is given, should an application be rejected
  • Comply with the SOPs / guidelines / directives or any other official written instructions implemented
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience in the scope that has been assigned
  • A good team player, possess a cheerful personality and a positive attitude
  • Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask and handle high volume of work
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
