Role Summary

  • Coordinate project timelines, meetings, engagements and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare project updates, reports and implementation records.
  • Manage documentation and records.
  • Support procurement, payment and vendor coordination.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for programmes and activities.
  • Work in the evenings and/or weekends when required.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in project coordination and/or administration.
  • Strong planning, organisation and follow-up skills.
  • Good communication and report-writing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
