Admin Executive [Donations Processing |Up to $3,500 per month]

Job Details

  • Employment Type: 6-month contract, renewable subject to performance
  • Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5.45pm Friday, 8.30am to 5.15pm
  • Work Arrangement: One work-from-home day per week
  • Nearest MRT Station: Pioneer MRT
  • Salary: $3,000 - $3,500 per month

This role supports the accurate processing and administration of donations. You will manage records, prepare donor acknowledgements, work with internal stakeholders and help improve processes. It is suitable for someone who is comfortable handling data and numbers, with a strong eye for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, classify and process donation records in the database according to the donor’s intended purpose.
  • Prepare and send acknowledgement and thank-you letters promptly.
  • Maintain and update donor information to ensure records remain complete and accurate.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support ongoing campaigns and related initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and meet operational requirements.
  • Ensure all processing activities comply with financial requirements and data security protocols.
  • Manage multiple tasks while meeting expected quality standards and deadlines.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business, Accountancy or a related discipline.
  • Meticulous and organised, with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with data, figures and administrative records.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with data management systems.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to communicate and work effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in donation processing, fundraising administration or a similar function would be an advantage.
