Company Overview

We are a leading chemical manufacturing enterprise in Singapore specializing in agricultural fertilizer solutions for regional markets. We are seeking an experienced, proactive Senior Admin Executive to lead our day-to-day office management, streamline administrative workflows, and provide critical operational support across compliance, logistics, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office & Facility Operations: Oversee day-to-day office administration, facility maintenance, and operational procurement; manage corporate service vendors and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Process Optimization & ERP: Process and audit procurement documentation, purchase orders, and delivery orders; drive continuous improvement of data entry workflows in our ERP/SAP system.
  • EHS & Regulatory Compliance: Support EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) teams with regulatory tracking, Singapore WSH compliance documentation, and tracking chemical import/export permit renewals (e.g., NEA, SCDF standards).
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Liaise between plant operations, supply chain teams, and external freight forwarders or logistics partners to resolve documentation bottlenecks.
  • Executive & HR Support: Assist management with high-level reporting, office budget oversight, basic HR administration, and onboarding procedures for technical/site staff.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4–6+ years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years in manufacturing, chemical processing, engineering, or industrial logistics environments.
  • System Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and hands-on experience with enterprise software (ERP/SAP/Oracle).
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Prior exposure to Singapore industrial regulations, safety compliance (WSH), or chemical handling licensing guidelines is highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities across all organizational levels.
