Admin& HR Executive Recruitment

We are seeking a highly motivatedand skilled Admin & HR Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities

· Office Administration: Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, filing,procurement of supplies, facility coordination, guests, mail box, managedocumentation in the company’s shared drive.

· HR Support: Assist in recruitment processes, employee records management, prepareletter of offer, employment letter, employee orientation ceremony. Employeeonboarding and off boarding handover .Processwork pass, insurance, CPF, payroll preparation and IRAS-related matters. Organize company team building.

· Policy Compliance: Ensure company policies, labor laws, and compliance requirementsare properly implemented and followed.

· Employee Relations: Handle staff inquiries, support employee engagement initiatives,and mediate workplace issues when necessary.

· Communication: Draft and circulate HR notices, internal memos, and officialcorrespondence in a clear and professional manner.

· Event Coordination: Support company events arrangements, training sessions, and meetingsto support both administrative and HR functions.

· Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, attendance, leaveapplications, and performance evaluations.

· Support Management: Provide assistance to senior management in HR planning, reporting,and administrative tasks.

· Any other admin and HR duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of full-time admin & HR experience.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, positive work attitude, and self-motivation.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Candidates with front desk or service industry experience (e.g., hotels, customer service) will be prioritized.
  • Additional skills such as preparing PPTs, managing social media, or designing posters are an advantage.

Compensation& Benefits

  • Probation period: SGD 3, 200–3, 500 per month.
  • After probation: SGD 3, 400–3, 700 per month, depending on performance, education, and additional skills.

Additional Benefits (After Probation)

  • Full Attendance Bonus
  • Annual Leave: 14 days
  • Medical Leave: 10 days
  • Dental Subsidy: $150–$300 per year
  • Education Materials and expenses: $300 - $500 per year

Location: Singapore
