Job Summary
Support science lessons by preparing materials and managing science laboratories and outdoor facilities while maintaining inventory and assisting teachers with student artefacts.
Responsibilities
- Prepare materials and apparatus to support effective delivery of Science lessons
- Manage, operate, and maintain science laboratories and outdoor facilities to ensure safety and functionality
- Conduct regular stocktaking of Science resources to maintain accurate inventory records
- Curate students’ artefacts to assist teachers in reflecting on learning outcomes
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the school to support daily operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum GCE N-Level or equivalent qualification with a Science-related subject
- Preferably 2 years of relevant administration and operations experience supporting Science activities in a school environment
- Demonstrate teamwork by collaborating effectively and managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of video and picture taking for documentation purposes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff and students
- English language proficiency preferred for clear communication
Other Information
Working Days and Hours:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7.30 am to 3.00 pm (Inclusive 1-hour lunch break)
- Tuesday and Thursday: 7.30 am to 5.00 pm (Inclusive 1-hour lunch break)
- Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays: Service not required
