Job Summary

Support the Site Manager by managing resident and tenant enquiries, maintaining accurate records, overseeing facility bookings, and performing general administrative tasks to ensure smooth estate operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of enquiries and feedback from residents and tenants to support effective communication and resolution
  • Coordinate booking of estate facilities to ensure availability and proper scheduling for residents
  • Handle petty cash management to support site financial transactions and accountability
  • Respond promptly to phone and walk-in enquiries to provide timely assistance and information
  • Establish and maintain an organized filing system to ensure smooth documentation and easy retrieval of estate records
  • Clear mailboxes regularly and prepare summary sheets for headquarters to maintain communication flow
  • Maintain office inventory and equipment to ensure operational readiness and resource availability
  • Perform general administrative duties to support site management and daily estate operations
