About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily office operations, ensuring seamless communication, efficient administrative workflows, and direct support to team members and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements to support team efficiency
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and handle routine correspondence professionally to maintain clear communication
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy access and retrieval of documents
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents accurately and on time as requested by management
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders proactively to avoid shortages

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workloads independently
