Position: Administrative Assistant (Semiconductor) (Job ID: 20420)

Job Description:

  • Preparation of quotations, delivery orders, invoices and other documents when required.
  • Packing of wafers and arrangement of deliveries.
  • Assist in administrative matters for the team, managing job schedules, ensuring smooth daily operations, and assisting with various improvement projects.
  • Follow and maintain SOP, refining workflow when necessary.
  • Handling communication with internal stakeholders and with customers.
  • Duties can expand with experience

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma holder.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented.
