Your Role

As part of our Customer Service team, you’ll be the first face and first voice of Black Hair Salon, helping us create a warm, seamless experience for every customer — from their first enquiry to their salon visit.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the salon’s Front Desk and Customer Service
  • Attend to customer enquiries professionally and warmly across WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls and other communication platforms
  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, rescheduling and customer requests
  • Welcome customers and assist with their arrival and check-out experience
  • Coordinate with our hairstylists and salon team to ensure smooth daily appointments and operations
  • Assist with basic administrative and operational duties
  • Assist with e-commerce orders and operations
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions and other ad hoc administrative tasks when required
  • Help maintain the high standard of service and hospitality that Black Hair Salon is known for

Skills & Experience

  • Customer service, front desk or administrative experience is an advantage,butnot a must
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Able to communicate effectively in English (and Chinese) to serve our diverse customer base

Most importantly, we value attitude and willingness to learn over experience.

If you’re enthusiastic, dependable and willing to learn, we’re happy to train you — even if you don’t have prior experience in the beauty or salon industry.
