Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to support a data verification and reconciliation project. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing records, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring data accuracy through systematic verification and reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify collection records against relevant data sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Reconcile records and identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing information.
  • Flag payment variances and records requiring further review or correction.
  • Document findings in a clear, accurate, and organised manner.
  • Assist with data updates and record corrections based on established procedures and instructions.
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve data-related issues when required.

Requirements

  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly accurate when handling data.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:VLOOKUP/XLOOKUPPivot TablesData filtering and sortingBasic data analysis functions
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in data verification, data reconciliation, data administration, finance operations, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Comfortable working with large volumes of data and repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Work details:

  • Employment type: Contract
  • Contract duration: 6 months
  • Location: East
  • Working hours: Mon–Thu 8:30am–6pm, Fri 8:30am–5:30pm (onsite)
  • Salary: $2,900/month
