Job Details

  • Experience: Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant administrative experience

This role supports the accurate and timely management of donation records, donor information, and fund-related data. You will work closely with the team to track fundraising activities, maintain proper documentation, and support the smooth day-to-day administration of donation-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process donation pledges and maintain accurate donor profiles, records, and supporting documents.
  • Verify donation information and update relevant registers and databases.
  • Track and reconcile records relating to fund disbursement and utilisation.
  • Support administrative matters related to donor tax documentation.
  • Maintain organised and accurate records for reporting and operational purposes.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with other related duties when required.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, or another quantitative discipline.
  • Some knowledge or exposure to project administration, donor management, fundraising support, or finance-related work would be useful.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and handling detailed records.
  • Meticulous, responsible, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
