The posting

  • Location: Maxwell
  • Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Thu) & 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)
  • Salary: Up to $3,800 per month
  • Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project coordination and timeline tracking for various initiatives, including monitoring deliverables, deadlines, and progress updates.
  • Liaise with creative agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate deliverables, feedback, quotations, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.
  • Support the development and production of branding applications, corporate templates, commemorative items, and related materials.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on brand enablement initiatives and track submissions requiring brand clearance.
  • Support event planning and execution, including timelines, deliverables, sponsorship commitments, logistics, merchandise, and collaterals.
  • Provide operational support during event days, including issue escalation, coordination, and post-event reporting.
  • Prepare presentation slides and reports, consolidate data for management updates, and maintain relevant project documentation.
  • Track budget utilisation and expenditure summaries, and ensure proper upkeep of contracts, approvals, artwork files, and other project recordsProcess cases filed with the Board, including taking notes during mediation and hearing sessions.
  • Assist the Registrar and officers with projects and other related assignments.
  • Assist with the dispatch of documents and correspondence to Board members, parties and stakeholders.
  • Set up and prepare mediation and hearing rooms.
  • Provide support and cover receptionist and Case Officer duties when required.
  • Pack, organise and shelve completed case files in the storeroom.
  • Scan, digitise and archive completed case files for electronic record-keeping.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Registrar.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma in any field.
  • Relevant experience in tribunals, registries, courts or law firms, or a background in legal studies, will be an advantage.
