The posting

Responsibilities:

  • Office administration and logistics support: Reception, administrative procurement, office equipment management, fixed asset management, etc
  • Coordination and maintenance of the office environment to ensure smooth daily office operation
  • Support IT to prepare laptops for the teams or any other tasks that need to be performed for the office, set up computers and install software.
  • Support both internal and external functions, such as organizing meetings, arranging business travels and other company events
  • Maintain close coordination with the administrative department in the Shanghai office to ensure proper sharing and communication of information and policies
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties and other supportive roles as required

Skills and Qualifications：

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • 1-3 years above working experience in Admin and/or HR. Prior experience in administration, reception or office support is preferred
  • Proficiency in reading and writing of English and Mandarin.
  • Familiarity with administrative processes and policies in Singapore
  • Multi-tasker, detail-oriented with good problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, well-organized, responsible and able to multitask
  • Professional and presentable with a positive attitude, able to adapt to changes
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
