Admissions Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

Department: Admissions and Enrolment

About the Role

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Admissions Manager to lead admissions operations across the region. This role is not primarily a student recruitment position. The key focus is to manage the full application process, support students, parents, institutional partners, and sub-agency partners, and ensure that every admissions case is handled accurately, professionally, and efficiently.

The Admissions Manager will work closely with schools, universities, education partners, sub-agencies, and internal teams to process applications, answer enquiries, resolve issues, and provide high-quality service to students and parents, including VIP clients.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Application Processing

  • Lead and manage the admissions team across the region.
  • Oversee the full application process from document collection, application checking, submission, follow-up, offer acceptance, and enrolment preparation.
  • Review students’ academic backgrounds and ensure applications meet the entry requirements of schools, colleges, universities, and pathway programmes.
  • Monitor application progress and ensure all cases are followed up in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain proper admissions records, student documents, application status updates, and communication logs.

Enquiry Handling & Student Support

  • Respond professionally to enquiries from students, parents, partners, and sub-agencies.
  • Provide accurate information on programme requirements, admissions procedures, documentation, timelines, fees, progression pathways, and institutional policies.
  • Support students and parents throughout the application and admissions journey.
  • Handle urgent cases, difficult questions, and special application situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Partner & Sub-Agency Support
  • Work closely with sub-agency partners to support their student applications and enquiries.
  • Provide application guidance, document checklists, programme updates, and admissions support to partner agencies.
  • Maintain smooth communication with partner schools, colleges, universities, and education institutions.
  • Coordinate with institutional partners regarding application requirements, missing documents, offer letters, student status, and case follow-ups.

Issue Resolution & VIP Client Service

  • Handle complex admissions cases, escalations, complaints, and urgent application matters.
  • Provide high-quality service to VIP clients, key partners, and important student cases.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external institutions to resolve application, enrolment, documentation, or student service issues.
  • Ensure students, parents, and partners receive clear, timely, and reliable support.

Team Management & Process Improvement

  • Supervise, train, and support admissions team members.
  • Set clear standards for application processing, enquiry response, document checking, and partner communication.
  • Improve admissions workflows, templates, checklists, and internal tracking systems.
  • Ensure the admissions team maintains a high level of accuracy, service quality, and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Education, Business, Management, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in admissions, application processing, student services, education operations, or international education.
  • Good understanding of education systems from K-12 to higher education.
  • Familiarity with international school, foundation, diploma, undergraduate, or postgraduate admissions processes is preferred.
  • Experience working with education agencies, sub-agencies, schools, colleges, or universities will be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications at the same time.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong service mindset, especially when dealing with parents, VIP clients, and institutional partners.
  • Able to work under pressure and respond quickly to urgent cases.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred to support regional students, parents, and partners.

What We Offer

  • A key operational role in a growing international education organisation.
  • Opportunities to work with schools, universities, institutional partners, and sub-agencies across the region.
  • Exposure to K-12, pathway, higher education, and international admissions processes.
  • Career development opportunities in admissions management, student services, education operations, and partner support.
  • Performance-based incentives and long-term growth potential.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
