The posting

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Aircraft Planner to join our dynamic engineering support team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our aircraft repair and modification projects run seamlessly by forecasting material needs, coordinating logistics, and ensuring strict compliance with aviation documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production Planning: Plan, schedule, and stage required parts, materials, and specialized equipment to support upcoming aircraft repairing and modification projects.
  • Procurement Coordination: Work closely with the Purchasing/Procurement team to track order statuses, expedite urgent parts, and ensure zero downtime due to material shortages.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Review, prepare, and print all necessary engineering work packages, task cards, and technical paperwork required for planned maintenance tasks.
  • Tooling & Equipment Management: Verify that all specialized tools and ground support equipment required for the workplan are available, calibrated, and serviceable before production begins.
  • Ad-Hoc Support: Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with daily operational adjustments, progress reporting, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination, production planning, or logistics (experience within the Aviation/MRO sector is highly advantageous).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) for inventory tracking and data entry.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced hangar/workshop environment and commit to rotating shifts (if required by the operational schedule).
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to liaise effectively between purchasing and engineering teams, with a sharp eye for detail.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
