4. Provide practical AML/CFT advisory support to stakeholders on matters such as CDD requirements, enhanced due diligence, source of wealth/source of funds corroboration, high-risk customers, third-party transfers, account restrictions, client retention or exit considerations, and screening outcomes.

5. Support the preparation, filing and post-filing follow-up of suspicious transaction reports, including maintaining appropriate documentation, internal logs and follow-up actions while observing confidentiality and tipping-off requirements.

7. Support responses to MAS, SGX, law enforcement, internal audit, external audit, Head Office or other regulatory and assurance requests, including coordinating information gathering and ensuring timely follow-up.

8. Assist in monitoring AML/CFT regulatory developments, industry typologies and emerging risks, and support updates to AML/CFT policies, procedures, guidance notes, controls and training materials.

9. Participate in AML/CFT projects, control enhancements, system-related reviews, training initiatives and other compliance tasks assigned from time to time.

10. Perform compliance reviews, thematic reviews, control testing and sample checks on AML/CFT processes, business activities or internal controls, including documenting observations, tracking remediation actions and escalating issues where appropriate.

  • Good stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate AML/CFT requirements clearly to business and support units.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AML transaction monitoring or screening systems such as NICE Actimize would be advantageous.
  • Meticulous, analytical and hands-on, with sound judgement, integrity and a strong sense of ownership. Able to work independently, manage competing priorities, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and operate as a collaborative team player in a fast-paced compliance environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
