You will drive supply-demand alignment, secure revenue commitments, and coordinate cross-functional execution across manufacturing, procurement, material planning, and sales. This role uses data-driven insight and automation to improve planning effectiveness and maximize revenue attainment.

Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning & Supply Management

  • Develop and execute manufacturing start plans to support revenue, delivery, and inventory objectives.
  • Balance customer demand, fab capacity, material readiness, and cycle-time constraints to optimize production output.
  • Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning reviews to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate supply risks, capacity bottlenecks, and execution gaps across multiple technology nodes and manufacturing sites.
  • Monitor key planning KPIs including order commit, starts, shipments, backlog, cycle time, OTD and capacity utilization.

2. Customer Engagement & Revenue Delivery

  • Partner with strategic and high-impact customers to secure demand commitments and drive revenue attainment.
  • Lead supply planning discussions, including demand reviews, shipment recovery plans, allocation management, and upside opportunities.
  • Translate customer requirements into executable production plans while balancing operational constraints.
  • Drive cross-functional actions to maximize quarterly revenue performance and customer satisfaction.

3. Cross-Functional Supply Chain Leadership

  • Coordinate end-to-end supply chain execution across: Manufacturing Operations, Material Planning, Procurement, Demand Planning, Business Units, Sales & Customer Teams, Logistics & Operations
  • Lead issue resolution and escalation management to ensure timely execution of critical business priorities.
  • Drive alignment on supply commitments, material readiness, capacity allocation, and shipment execution plans.
  • Facilitate decision-making through structured analytics and executive-level communication.

4. Digital Transformation & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to automate planning processes, reporting, and analytics workflows.
  • Collaborate with IT, Data Engineering, and Digital Transformation teams to deploy automation solutions.
  • Leverage advanced analytics, Power BI, Python, AI tools, and digital technologies to improve planning effectiveness.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement within the planning organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Analytics
  • Min. 2 years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment, including hands-on production planning or supply-demand balancing.
  • Strong data capability is essential — advanced Excel, Power BI dashboarding, and the ability to analyze large datasets into decision-ready recommendations.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Semiconductor or wafer fab experience, with familiarity in cycle times, WIP management, and multi-site manufacturing networks.
  • Prior exposure to execution planning or order commit processes, plus Python or automation skills applied to planning workflows.
  • APICS CPIM/CSCP certification or a Master's degree is a plus.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
