  • Review security controls implemented throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Provide application security guidance to development and engineering teams.
  • Identify recurring security weaknesses and recommend improvements to development and security processes.

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Application Security, DevSecOps, Security Assessment, Security Auditing, or Secure Software Development.
  • Strong understanding of application security principles and common application vulnerabilities.
  • Good knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and secure coding practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SAST and DAST tools.
  • Experience with one or more security testing tools such as SonarQube, Fortify, Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, or equivalent.
  • Experience reviewing and interpreting vulnerability assessment and security scan reports.
  • Understanding of operating system, container, database, and application infrastructure security.
  • Knowledge of vulnerability prioritisation, remediation, and validation processes.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating security practices within the software development lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Ability to analyse security findings and communicate remediation requirements effectively to technical teams.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within Agile and DevOps environments.

Preferred Skills

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
