Application Support Analyst

📌 JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to support and maintain business applications used across Singapore and the ASEAN region. The role will work closely with business users, internal teams and vendors to ensure applications remain stable, reliable and well-supported across both on-premise and cloud environments.

🔧 KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support and maintain business applications used for reporting, administration and daily operations, ensuring smooth system performance.
  • Troubleshoot application and database issues, including Oracle database support, data analysis, incident investigation and change requests.
  • Support system migration and transition projects, including legacy applications, reports, databases and related platforms.
  • Work closely with business users, vendors and internal teams to gather requirements, coordinate solutions, manage escalations and maintain clear technical documentation.

🎯 REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant software development or application support experience.
  • Hands-on experience with technologies such as C#, Java, SQL, JavaScript, Web Services, Spring, GWT, RabbitMQ and Oracle.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of Oracle database-backed applications, cloud and on-premise environments, and system migration.
