Join a collaborative team dedicated to supporting Corporate Banking RM as an ARM facilitating seamless corporate banking workflows such as KYC, CDD, handling account and transaction matters, documents, queries and client servicing.

  • Assist with end-to-end corporate customer account lifecycle activities, including KYC, CDD, mandatory onboarding checks, account opening, account maintenance, and periodic reviews.
  • Execute daily operational tasks covering local and cross-border fund transfers, deposit services, and foreign exchange transaction documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for corporate financing facilities by verifying drawdowns, processing interest payments, and managing facility documentation.
  • Manage transaction instruction processing, trace payment statuses, update account details, and address non-credit client enquiries.
  • Partner with relationship managers and internal operational departments to track document submissions and ensure alignment with institutional standards.

Reporting to the Team Head, you will be part of a team of 8-10 pax, supporting the Corporate Banking Relationship Managers (RMs).

skills and experience required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in corporate banking as assistant relationship manager (ARM), KYC/ CDD and corporate client servicing experience
  • Basic operational knowledge of corporate banking products, foreign exchange documentation and standard banking procedures.
  • Strong organizational capabilities with high accuracy in document verification and workflow tracking
