Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily assembly manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
  • Monitor assembly processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity, yield, quality, and efficiency.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving process, equipment, and production-related issues.
  • Participate in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI), product qualification, and engineering change activities.
  • Analyze production data and prepare reports to support process optimization and performance monitoring.
  • Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to address operational challenges.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or a related industry.
  • Basic understanding of semiconductor assembly, manufacturing processes, and quality systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in semiconductor assembly, packaging, testing, or electronics manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Understanding of ISO, quality management systems, and semiconductor manufacturing requirements.
  • Willing to work in the East Region, Changi North Crescent.
