The Cleaning Company Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's cleaning operations, manpower, client accounts, service quality, and day-to-day business activities. The role involves planning and coordinating cleaning services, supervising staff, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring operational and workplace safety standards are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the company's daily cleaning operations and service delivery.
- Plan manpower deployment, work schedules, and staff allocation across client sites.
- Supervise cleaning supervisors and cleaning personnel.
- Monitor service quality and conduct regular site inspections.
- Ensure cleaning work meets contractual requirements, company standards, and client expectations.
- Coordinate with clients, building management, and site representatives regarding operational requirements and service issues.
- Handle client feedback, complaints, and corrective actions.
- Monitor attendance, manpower requirements, staff performance, and productivity.
- Recruit, train, and guide cleaning staff and supervisors where required.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and availability of cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate the procurement of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Prepare operational reports, schedules, inspection records, and other management documentation.
- Monitor operating costs and assist with budgeting and resource planning.
- Ensure employees follow company policies, workplace safety procedures, and relevant site requirements.
- Identify operational problems and implement appropriate corrective and improvement measures.
- Coordinate with management on business development, quotations, contracts, and service improvements where required.
- Support the company in maintaining good relationships with existing clients and developing new business opportunities.
