The posting

Job Overview:

The role leads the product content enrichment and owns the quality and completeness of every product's content in FairPrice Group's new PIM and DAM platform. This role leads the daily enrichment workflow, governs AI output quality, manages the Product Data Steward team, and is accountable for the data completeness scores that underpin FPG's omnichannel revenue and campaign performance.

This is an operational leadership role - fast-paced, high-volume, and requiring deep product knowledge. You will manage a team of Data Stewards reviewing AI-enriched product submissions, resolving exceptions and ensuring every product that goes live on eCommerce, marketplace and in-store systems is content-complete and ready to publish.

This content enrichment lead role sits within the Business Systems Management team

Job Description:

You are responsible for

AI output quality governance

Review AI enrichment accuracy weekly by category and attribute. Identify where AI is underperforming and platform vendor to reconfigure enrichment rules. Own the 70% AI first-pass accuracy target. Distinguish between AI errors that require configuration changes and those that require better supplier input.

Content quality standards

Define and maintain what good product content looks like per category. Set the completeness threshold per category and enforce it through the platform workflow. Ensure the standard is documented and communicated to suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Data Steward team leadership

Line manages the Data Stewards for retail and marketplace. Set daily priorities, review their exception resolution decisions, build their category knowledge, and ensure their output meets the quality standard. Be the escalation point for complex enrichment decisions that the stewards cannot resolve independently.

Campaign content readiness

Work with Marketing and Category Management in advance of planned campaigns to identify and resolve content gaps on campaign SKUs. Completeness gaps on campaign products are flagged and resolved before the campaign brief.

Platform Transition

Support data migration and validation as catalogue data moves between systems: field mapping checks, sample-based verification, defect logging during UAT and hypercare. Define data quality rules and validation checks as product master move out of SAP under One SAP. Document standard operating procedures for data quality and governance routines, updating them as the system of record changes

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications / Skills

  • Degree in Business Operations, Information Systems related disciplines
  • 3 - 4 years of experience in product content management, catalogue operations, or master data enrichment in a grocery, FMCG or retail environment
  • Deep product knowledge across grocery and FMCG categories - understands what product attributes mean commercially, can identify a factually wrong AI-generated attributes and can make accurate enrichment decisions at speed
  • Experience leading a small operational team - setting priorities, reviewing work, and building capability in junior team members
  • Hands-on experience operating a PIM system in a content enrichment or catalogue management capacity

Required Attributes

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment supporting time-sensitive omnichannel business
  • Ability to translate operational processes into system or automation requirements
  • Team builder - invests in developing the Data Stewards rather than resolving every exception personally
  • Good stakeholder coordination and communication skills when working with cross-functional teams
  • Meticulous and structured working style to maintain high data quality standards
  • Proactive and improvement-oriented mindset to identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
