The posting

At NUHS Population Health & Community Care (PHCC), we believe that better health starts in the community.

As the Regional Health Manager for western Singapore, we bring together NUHS family of hospitals and polyclinics, alongside general practitioners, social care providers, and community partners to improve the health and wellbeing of residents through an integrated ecosystem of care. Together, we are reimagining how health and care are delivered by strengthening prevention, enabling seamless care experiences, and empowering individuals to take charge of their health.

Join us on this meaningful journey. Whether advancing innovative programmes, strengthening community partnerships, or shaping the future of population health and community care, your work will help create lasting impact for residents and communities across western Singapore.

We are looking for a motivated and creative communicator to join us. In this role, you will support the delivery of communications that bring NUHS’ population health and community care efforts to life. You will play a key role in creating clear, engaging, and audience-friendly content that highlights how NUHS and partners support residents to stay healthy and well in the community. Working closely with the Senior Assistant Manager and Head of Communications, you will translate communication plans and narratives into compelling stories, visuals, and materials across digital, print, and internal platforms.

Job Role

  • Craft stories that highlight programme impact, partnerships, and resident outcomes.
  • Develop visual and multimedia content (e.g. videos, infographics) with internal teams and vendors.

Communications collateral and campaign support

  • Support the development and rollout of communication materials for population health programmes.
  • Adapt and tailor content for different audiences, including residents, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across materials.

  • Develop and curate content for internal platforms (newsletters, staff communications, Intranet).
  • Support communications for partner engagement initiatives, events, and outreach activities.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather content, stories, and updates for dissemination.

Media and digital support

  • Support media and public communications effort, including drafting media materials and monitoring coverage.
  • Assist in managing digital platforms and content updates where required.

Project and vendor coordination

  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables for communication projects and materials.
  • Work with vendors (e.g. designers, videographers) to support production of content and collaterals.
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality of outputs.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear and engaging content.
  • Good visual sense and appreciation for design, with the ability to develop visual content.
  • Ability to follow and execute communication strategies and plans effectively.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with strong project coordination skills.
  • Proactive and resources, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
