Job Summary

Manage accreditation and quality assurance processes for training programmes locally and internationally, ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement to support operational excellence and learner satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accreditation requests, renewals, submissions, and audit readiness for local and international training programmes to ensure compliance and certification validity
  • Maintain clear, organised accreditation records, renewal timelines, procedures, and supporting documents for efficient tracking and retrieval
  • Collaborate with process owners to clarify accreditation requirements, identify gaps, and implement effective controls to meet standards
  • Conduct internal reviews and monitor improvement actions, assisting teams to resolve findings within deadlines to uphold quality standards
  • Oversee learner services including enquiry handling, record accuracy, and complaint resolution to maintain high service standards
  • Analyze learner feedback and operational data to propose and implement improvements in services and processes for enhanced learner experience
  • Support accurate management of registrations, learner records, billing, grant documentation, and certification administration to ensure data integrity
  • Contribute to programme-readiness reviews with Training & Development and Operations teams before launching new courses to ensure compliance and quality
  • Provide accreditation and quality support for programmes and approved overseas or cross-industry initiatives to maintain standards
  • Research and explore quality and accreditation requirements in emerging fields such as new energy and nuclear-related training under management guidance
  • Produce clear, concise updates on accreditation status, audit actions, service trends, and key risks to inform stakeholders
  • Foster positive working relationships with accreditation bodies, agencies, internal teams, and external partners to facilitate smooth accreditation processes
  • Provide accurate accreditation and certification information to support approved outreach and promotional activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in a related field with approximately three years of experience in training, education, quality, compliance, operations, or regulated environments
  • Experience supervising staff, managing projects, or being accountable for specific work areas
  • Familiarity with audits, accreditation, quality systems, or controlled documentation (expertise in all frameworks not required)
  • Strong organisational, communication, and follow-up skills with the ability to collaborate confidently across teams
  • Hands-on, improvement-driven mindset with eagerness to learn new accreditation and industry requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms related to training, learning, or document management
