  • Prepare clear and timely risk reports, dashboards, and analysis for management review.
  • Support the implementation of risk management initiatives and risk governance frameworks across relevant entities and stakeholders.

Intercompany Loans

  • Manage the Group's intercompany loan portfolio, including loan drawdowns, repayments, renewals, settlements, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate funding requirements and transaction timelines with subsidiaries, finance stakeholders, and regional treasury teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
  • A relevant professional qualification or certification in treasury, risk, finance, or accounting is advantageous, but not compulsory.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in treasury, financial risk management, corporate finance, banking, or a related function; candidates with comparable depth of experience may also be considered.

  • Experience working in a regional or multinational environment and coordinating with subsidiaries or cross-border stakeholders is an advantage.

Knowledge & Technical Skills

  • Sound understanding of financial, operational, treasury, liquidity, counterparty, interest rate, and funding risks.
  • Working knowledge of intercompany loan administration, including agreements, drawdowns, repayments, renewals, settlements, interest calculations, and balance monitoring.
  • Awareness of internal controls, corporate governance, and regulatory or tax considerations relevant to intercompany financing. Specialist legal or tax expertise is not compulsory.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for calculations, reconciliations, data analysis, and management reporting; familiarity with treasury management systems, ERP systems, or reporting tools is an advantage.

Core Competencies

  • Able to identify issues, assess risk implications, develop practical recommendations, and follow through on mitigation actions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with subsidiaries, regional teams, finance, tax, legal, and management stakeholders.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple transactions, deadlines, renewals, reporting cycles, and follow-up actions independently.
  • Demonstrates integrity, sound judgment, confidentiality, ownership, and a control-focused mindset.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
