Job Title: Assistant Operation Manager (JT-1047) Location: Novena / Orchard Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 10am to 8pm Basic Salary: up to $4000

Job Description: • Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant regulations. • Monitor outlet standards, including staff attendance, grooming, service quality, housekeeping and overall outlet condition. • Manage inventory, including stock monitoring, forecasting, ordering and maintaining accurate records. • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on promotions, new products, operational matters, maintenance and repairs. • Manage staff rostering, leave administration and staff knowledge assessments. • Ensure all licences, permits, certifications and regulatory requirements are properly maintained and renewed on time. • Support audits, IT and facilities matters, prepare operational reports, identify issues and coordinate timely resolution.
