Title: Assistant Product Manager (Pharmaceutical)

About the Role:

Our client is a global market expansion services provider.

As part of continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Assistant Manager, Product Management to join its Healthcare business in Singapore.

This is an opportunity for a pharmaceutical marketing professional who enjoys combining brand strategy, market insights and commercial execution to drive product and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop brand strategies, business proposals and tactical marketing plans that support sales and marketing objectives.
  • Plan and execute product launches, promotional activities and campaigns, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively and within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecasts and expenditure, ensuring resources are deployed effectively against business priorities.
  • Track market trends, product performance and the competitive environment to identify opportunities, challenges and areas requiring corrective action.
  • Gather insights through customer and market interactions, translating feedback into relevant marketing initiatives and opportunities for brand growth.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across Logistics, Regulatory, Medical and other functions to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives.

Requirements

  • A degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business, Economics, Pharmacy, Science or a related discipline
  • At least 3-4 years of marketing/brand experience within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in more than one therapeutic area would be an advantage
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, customers and the broader industry environment
  • Strong client management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Good analytical, planning and organisational capabilities
  • A commercially minded approach, with the ability to turn market information and customer insights into actionable marketing initiatives
