The posting

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage interior fit-out projects from commencement to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship and effective cost control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage project schedules, resources and site activities.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Oversee fit-out works, including carpentry, finishes and M&E coordination.
  • Monitor progress, resolve site issues and ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Manage project budgets, variations and subcontractor performance.
  • Conduct site meetings and provide regular progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and company procedures.
  • Manage inspections, handover documentation and defects rectification.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management, Interior Design or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience managing interior fit-out projects.
  • Ability to read construction drawings and understand technical specifications.
  • Strong planning, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and work independently.
  • Experience in commercial, retail, office or F&B projects preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office & project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD familiarity an advantage)
