We’re hiring as an Assistant Store Manager to lead one of our Smiggle stores in Singapore!

📍 What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind your store’s success — leading your team, delivering results, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

You will:

Lead, coach and inspire your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs Drive store performance through strong commercial acumen and action planning Deliver outstanding customer service and create a fun, engaging store environment Manage rostering, stock control, loss prevention and operational excellence Recruit, train and develop team members to build a high-performing team Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to Smiggle brand guidelines Foster a positive team culture aligned with Smiggle’s vibrant values

Results-driven – You have a proven track record of achieving sales and KPIs A strong communicator – You lead confidently and motivate your team effectively Commercially savvy – You understand stock management, shrinkage control and reporting A people developer – You coach and grow your team to reach their full potential Organised & adaptable – You thrive in a fast-paced retail environment Energetic & positive – You bring enthusiasm and lead by example every day

Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is required.
