Duties and Responsibilities
Based in Singapore, you will work on cross border financing and corporate transactions such as general banking and finance transactions, structured finance and corporate debt restructurings, M&A etc. You will be responsible for drafting and commenting on legal documents, drafting advice to clients and transaction management. This is a client facing role, and you will be given significant responsibility, with appropriate supervision and training. This role has strong career progression potential for the right candidate.
Key Requirements
- You should be UK qualified or qualified in another common law jurisdiction.
- You should be at least 3 years' PQE with experience in a top tier private practice at an international law firm.
- You should have excellent contract drafting skills.
- You should have excellent analytical skills with strong commercial awareness.
- You should be ambitious, proactive and taking ownership for the work matters assigned to you.
- You should be fluent in the English language, and other languages may be helpful.
