Looking to take your digital career to a whole new level? Then this role is for you!
First Page is a certified “GREAT PLACE TO WORK” and is a global digital marketing firm that transforms the way companies do business online. Since 2011 our mission has been to create amazing digital experiences by implementing game-changing digital strategies. As APAC’s highest-rated digital agency, First Page has seen insane growth and won numerous awards over the past 3 years.
The Role:
The Associate Performance Marketing Specialist is an execution-focused role for someone early in their paid media career and ready to grow fast. You'll work closely with your Specialist lead to support campaign setup, day-to-day optimisation, and performance reporting across Google Ads and Meta — building the technical foundation and analytical habits that define great performance marketers.
This is a high-learning, high-accountability role. You won't be thrown in the deep end alone — but you will be expected to take ownership of your tasks, show up with curiosity, and develop toward independent execution within your first year.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-disciplined, and genuinely excited by data and digital advertising. As a remote hire, you're someone who can manage your time well, communicate proactively, and stay self-directed without needing someone beside you.
What You’ll Do:
1. Campaign Execution (Supported)
- Assist in setting up and launching paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta under specialist guidance.
- Maintain accurate campaign naming conventions, budget tagging, and documentation.
- Support pixel verification, event tracking checks, and pre-launch QA.
- Flag discrepancies or setup issues before campaigns go live.
2. Optimisation Support
- Monitor assigned campaigns daily and surface performance anomalies to your lead.
- Assist in basic bid adjustments, budget pacing checks, and audience refreshes.
- Support A/B test setup and help log results for review.
- Begin developing your own hypotheses on what's driving performance shifts.
3. Reporting & Insights
- Pull weekly performance data and assist in populating client-facing reports.
- Maintain Looker Studio dashboards with accurate and up-to-date metrics.
- Summarise key performance movements with clear, plain-language commentary.
- Develop comfort translating numbers into meaningful observations over time.
4. Learning & Development
- Actively build channel knowledge across Google Ads and Meta ad platforms.
- Complete platform certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) within your first 6 months.
- Engage in team reviews, case discussions, and internal training sessions.
- Take initiative in asking questions and documenting learnings for your own growth.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or a related field (agency exposure is a plus but not required).
- Foundational understanding of Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager.
- Comfortable working with performance data — you don't need to be an analyst, but you need to be curious about numbers.
- Strong attention to detail and a habit of double-checking your work before submitting.
- Reliable home setup with a stable internet connection and a distraction-managed environment.
- Proactive communicator — you update your lead before they have to ask.
- Based in Singapore and available during core SGT working hours.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus; willingness to pursue it is a must.
Success in this Role Means:
- Completing assigned tasks accurately and on time, every time.
- Asking the right questions early rather than making assumptions.
- Showing visible improvement in platform knowledge and execution quality quarter on quarter.
- Becoming the kind of teammate your Specialist lead can rely on without having to check twice.
