Are you someone who loves solving problems, fixing bugs, and making things run smoother? Join us as an IT Associate Support Engineer and become a key player in delivering top-notch support for our award-winning trading systems, trusted by leading brokerages in Singapore, Malaysia, and major international banks across Asia.

At the heart of our fast-paced client support team, you’ll work closely with talented software developers, take ownership of first-level bug fixing, and help us keep our clients happy and thriving!

What you will do:

  • Be the first point of contact for clients, understand their issues and find effective solutions
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and squash bugs with smart code changes
  • Provide ongoing ops & maintenance support
  • Log, track, and analyze client queries to spot trends
  • Update documentation and self-help guides for clients and internal teams
  • Weekend or after hours support may be required from time to time, with time off in lieu provided accordingly

Job Requirements

  • Degree in IT or equivalent
  • Fresh grads welcome! 2–3 years in application support/development in financial services is a plus
  • Programming know-how in Java, JSP, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and Unix shell scripting
  • Bonus if you know jQuery, Oracle RDBMS, JBoss, Resin, or IBM WebSphere
  • Strong problem-solving skills and great communication
  • Open to providing weekend after-hours support when required, with time off in lieu provided accordingly
