Job Summary

You will oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring safety compliance while servicing, repairing, and maintaining motor vehicles. You will troubleshoot vehicle issues and respond to customer inquiries and concerns effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily workshop operations to ensure safety compliance and maintain efficient workflow
  • Service, repair, maintain, and rectify motor vehicles to achieve optimal vehicle performance
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot motor vehicle issues to identify faults and implement timely solutions
  • Address customer inquiries, requests, feedback, and concerns related to vehicles to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Enforce adherence to health and safety policies and procedures within the workshop environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the workshop and equipment to promote a safe workplace

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Demonstrate at least 5-6 years of experience working as a motor vehicle mechanic
