What you will be working on
Talent Outreach, HR Operations & Administration
Key Deliverables
Talent Outreach
- Support sourcing activities through job portals, LinkedIn, career fairs, and educational institutions.
- Coordinate candidate outreach efforts and maintain talent pipelines.
- Assist in screening and scheduling interviews.
- Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and talent engagement activities.
HR Operations
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation and employee records.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
HR Administration
- Assist with company and employee events.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Assist with HR policy updates, document management, and administrative coordination.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required.
Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the internship, the intern will gain:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Exposure
- Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement.
- Experience in talent outreach strategies and employer branding initiatives.
HR Operations Knowledge
- Practical exposure to employee lifecycle management processes.
- Understanding of HR systems, documentation requirements, and HR compliance practices.
- Knowledge of HR data management and reporting.
Professional & Business Skills
- Enhanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience in project coordination and process improvement methodologies.

Requirements
What we are looking for
Education
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related disciplines.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable working with data and maintaining confidential information.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Employee Experience.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or recruitment tools would be advantageous.
- Prior involvement in student leadership, event coordination, or internship experience is a plus.
