Role Summary

Reporting to the Head of Investment Banking, the role will support senior bankers in originating and executing advisory and capital markets transactions. The role combines financial analysis, preparation of client materials and coordination throughout the transaction process.

Responsibilities

  • Support the origination and execution of M&A mandates.
  • Prepare pitch books, information memoranda, marketing materials, valuation presentations and other client materials.
  • Develop complex financial models to support valuation and transaction analysis.
  • Research macroeconomic trends, industries and individual companies.
  • Assist with transaction due diligence, manage data rooms and coordinate with clients.
  • Handle administrative activities related to deal execution and day-to-day office operations.
  • Guide and supervise interns as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or a related discipline from a reputable university.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts.
  • Financial modelling and valuation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Preferably 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
