We're Hiring: B2B Sales Executive (South East Asia)

About Duck LearningAt Duck Learning, we are a leading provider of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) educational solutions. We equip the next generation of innovators by distributing top-tier educational tools, robotics kits, and learning products to schools, institutions, and retail partners across South East Asia.

We are seeking a proactive and drive B2B Sales Executive to expand our footprint by selling our educational product range to retail stores, schools, and distributor networks across the SEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • B2B Account Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with retail chains, toy stores, educational resource shops, and reseller channels across South East Asia.
  • Institutional Sales: Build relationships with international schools, private educators, and learning centers to supply hands-on STEAM products, curriculum sets, and classroom tools.
  • Regional Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategic outreach plans tailored to specific markets (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam).
  • Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners and resellers, ensuring optimal stock replenishment, product training, and joint promotional support.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Lead product demonstrations, prepare customized proposals/tenders, handle contract negotiations, and accurately forecast regional sales pipelines.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, key account management, or business development—preferably within the educational tools, toys, consumer goods, or publishing sectors.
  • SEA Market Familiarity: Demonstrable experience selling into or working with distributor/retail networks across South East Asian markets.
  • Channel Expertise: Proven capability in handling both institutional sales (schools/learning hubs) and commercial distribution (retailers/resellers).
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; self-directed with a target-driven mindset.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the South East Asia region as business requires.
