The posting

We are looking for experienced Bakers to support daily bakery production and maintain consistent product quality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

ā€¢ Prepare, mix, shape, bake and finish bakery products according to recipes and production schedules. ā€¢ Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product quality and consistency. ā€¢ Measure, portion and manage ingredients while minimising wastage. ā€¢ Operate bakery equipment safely and correctly. ā€¢ Maintain the cleanliness of workstations, equipment and storage areas. ā€¢ Follow food hygiene, food safety and workplace safety procedures. ā€¢ Assist with ingredient stock checks and daily production planning. ā€¢ Support the bakery team during busy production periods. ā€¢ Perform other bakery-related duties when assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

ā€¢ Prior commercial baking experience is required. ā€¢ Familiar with bakery preparation, dough handling, baking processes and equipment. ā€¢ Able to follow recipes and production specifications accurately. ā€¢ Positive, responsible and hands-on working attitude. ā€¢ Coachable, adaptable and willing to learn. ā€¢ Reliable and able to work independently. ā€¢ Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. ā€¢ Able to perform the physical and hands-on duties of the position. ā€¢ Able to work weekends, public holidays and peak festive periods when required.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

ā€¢ Monthly Salary Package: S$2,000ā€“S$2,300 ā€¢ Salary package includes 72 hours of monthly overtime ā€¢ AWS: One-month 13th-month payment ā€¢ Annual Leave: 7 days upon commencement, increasing by 1 day for each completed year of service ā€¢ Basic insurance and workplace injury coverage

WORKING HOURS

Permanent Morning Shift:

ā€¢ 7:00 AMā€“4:00 PM

OR

Permanent Afternoon Shift:

ā€¢ 3:00 PMā€“12:00 Midnight

ā€¢ 6-day work week ā€¢ Rest Day: Monday
